One unified portal replacing a WordPress site and two disconnected subdomains — public site, customer portal, and admin, one codebase.
A full redesign unifying three surfaces that used to be separate systems — a public marketing site, a customer portal for loan applications, KYC and investment tracking, and a role-based admin panel for the loan pipeline, servicing, and compliance — onto one codebase and one database. Every section of the public site (home, about, products, team, FAQs, settings) is editable from the admin CMS rather than requiring a developer for copy changes, and the whole site is structured for SEO/AEO/GEO from the start: structured data, a generated sitemap and robots.txt, and an llms.txt aimed at AI answer engines. The full stack — Postgres, Auth, Storage — runs locally in Docker for development and testing, using the same engine as production, so going live is relinking to a hosted project rather than rebuilding anything.
