HospitalityCore runs a hotel or guest house from the front desk to the financial statements. Reservations and check-in sit alongside room status, housekeeping and maintenance. Restaurant, bar, spa and other outlet charges post straight to the guest folio. Service charge, VAT and consumption tax are added automatically to every room night and sale, at editable rates. Check-out is blocked until the folio is exactly settled, and company accounts move to a city ledger with an invoice raised automatically.

Finance follows USALI 12th Revised Edition with a 168-account chart built for Nigeria. Revenue and expenses sit by USALI department, the energy schedule covers diesel and generator fuel, and below GOP it carries company income tax and the 4% development levy, plus PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF and ITF liabilities. A night audit (manual, and automatic every 24 hours) charges in-house nights, marks no-shows and posts the day to the general ledger. Payables are accrual-based, and maker-checker approval is enforced on journals and supplier bills. 46 income channels, from direct bookings and the major OTAs to corporate, group and venue hire, each map to their own GL account.

There are 22 reports, including the USALI summary operating statement, balance sheet, daily manager’s flash, occupancy/ADR/RevPAR/GOPPAR, revenue by channel, AR and AP ageing, and a tax and service-charge remittance report. Each one is printable and exports to CSV, with drill-through to the source records. Branding is white-label (logo, colours with live preview and contrast checks, typefaces), and each user gets a role-aware profile page. Portal maintenance covers backup and restore, module health and a full audit trail.
